When Grace Brown joined the University of Chichester Academy Trust as Headteacher of Flying Bull Academy, she brought with her many years of experience working in a local authority school. Stepping into headship is always a significant moment in a leader’s career, but Grace says the support she has experienced since joining the Trust has made the transition both positive and reassuring.
