About Us
The University of Chichester (Multi) Academy Trust is proud to represent 17 academies in Portsmouth, Hampshire and West Sussex. We are in the process of increasing the capacity of our secondary school and we have built a new primary school, Newlands Primary Academy in Waterlooville, which opened in September 2025.

Peter leads the Trust’s people strategy, focusing on recruitment, retention and development of staff across all academies. He is committed to creating a positive, inclusive working environment where colleagues feel supported to grow and succeed, recognising that strong teams are central to achieving the best outcomes for pupils.
